Assumption of Risk

- Your use or misuse of any product purchased from our store;
- Any allergic reaction, injury, or adverse health effect resulting from product use;
- Failure to follow product instructions, warnings, or labeling;
- Any third-party claims arising from your use of our products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Haven Sanctuary, JP Risk Consulting LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms, your use or misuse of our products, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sacred Haven Sanctuary or JP Risk Consulting LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Suppliers
Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. While we work to vet our suppliers, we do not manufacture these products directly and are not liable for defects, delays, or issues arising from supplier production or fulfillment beyond what is described in our Return Policy.
Governing Law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
