Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Times
Because our products are sourced from a curated network of suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the item(s) ordered. On average, customers can expect delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, though some items may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on supplier location and inventory availability.

Multiple Suppliers / Split Shipments
If your order includes items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate packages, at different times. This helps us offer you a wider selection of unique, high-quality products. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Delays
While we work with trusted suppliers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Sacred Haven Sanctuary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
